While you can mod the zenistar for better hack and slash damage, you'd be better of investing in a different meleee (Gram P., Zaws, etc). Premium GT1 end cap that maximizes barrel length and swing speed. Note, the build is more focused on disk-play and penning down enemies. (and yes, I would highly recommend polarizing the stance for tempo royale). 2) condition overload, while a powerful mod for any melee, it DOES NOT work for the zenistar disc, but it will work for the blade itself. Two important mods to consider: 1) spring-loaded blade, because of the high likelihood of status procs you are guaranteed to activate spring-loaded blade and thus notably increasing your reach. The attack speed also makes the zenistar useful for hack-and-slash and quick melee. This, of course, is based on my experience testing out the zenister (which I use extensively). The combination of reach, attack speed, and damage types maximize the utility of the zenistar for general game play (sorties, alerts, and bounties). seriesedit aestheticedits NARUTO OPENING AMV SONG :POP SMOKE : MOOD SWING. What’s a good zenistar build I want to use it for the disc and also use to swing it around :0. Blast and corrosive are good, but my preference is blast and electric, and then use the slot that would have gone to virulent scourge to lasting sting (increases stun and blast proc duration). I want to use it for the disc and also use to swing it around :0. well, this is my second AMV now, and it turned out just awesome, my best work yet :D. Status chance is then your best stat to mod for, the Zenistar isn't king because of its damage output, but because of its crowd control. Attack speed will decrease the time between damage ticks, increasing the number of hits per the 45 seconds the disk is out (fixed set of time). Reach is the first stat to modify for, followed by attack speed and status chance. Damage is for crit-favoring weapons, and the zenistar is definitely not a crit-weapon. As a status weapon, it should be build for either Crowd Control, or Armor Stripping (or both, thanks to blast/corrosive).
